I’m AEGEE member for 5 months and this SU was my first experience in this organization. I decided to attend SU organized by AEGEE-Magusa (Cyprus). My main motive was to practice English and meet new people. I have to say that I couldn’t make a better choice – It was a great and wonderful adventure. I met many great people and got experiences that I will remember for the rest of my life.
The organizers have prepared very good program for us. We visited a lot of beautiful clean beaches, enjoyed the European night, travelled to famous places like Nicosia, Kyrenia, Karpaz, Agia Napa or Kantara Castle. Every night a different plan was prepared for us. We had Cyprus night, karaoke night, beach party, pub crawl and lots of clubbing. We also learned many interesting facts about the history of Famagusta during the workshops and had the opportunity to visit the old town. Accommodation was perfect, absolutely comfortable for us. We were even 2 nights in a beautiful hotel with a private pool. The food was sensational, breakfast at the hotel on the beach and dinner at the campus. We also had a Cyprus night with a diner of perhaps twenty ingrediences and unlimited drinks. I am very glad that I decided to participate in this SU.
The motto of our SU sounds: Tonight is the night. 🍻
